How long does it take to get my coolers?
Each cooler is made to order.
Production takes 3-5 business days, and shipping usually arrives within 10-15 business days depending on your location. You’ll get tracking details once your order is on the way.
Can I get my coolers faster?
We can sometimes offer express production or shipping, just message us before placing your order, and we’ll see what’s possible.
What if there’s a mistake in my design?
If we’ve made an error or your product arrives damaged, we’ll remake or replace it at no cost. If you entered incorrect details or changed your mind after approval, we can’t offer refunds, every cooler is custom-made just for you.
How do I care for my coolers?
Hand wash in cold water with mild soap.
Lay flat to dry, avoid dryers or direct sun for long periods to keep the colours vibrant.
Who’s behind The Cooler Studio?
We’re a small Aussie business based on the Gold Coast, by chicks, for chicks. Born from designing our best friend’s hens and wedding, we wanted to create coolers that felt stylish, personal, and full of heart.
Do you ship within Australia?
Yes! We’re proudly based in Australia and ship Australia-wide. All orders over $100 AUD include free standard shipping, and orders under $100 have a $9.95 flat-rate.
Can I see a design proof before printing?
Absolutely. Every order includes a free design mock-up created to match your inspo or theme. We’ll only start production once you approve it.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because all items are made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. We’ll happily replace faulty or damaged items, just contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
How are my coolers made?
We use high-quality neoprene and full-colour dye-sublimation printing to ensure your design won’t fade, peel, or crack.
Each one is made to last long after the celebration ends.
