All our products are hand made with care, and most are custom made just for you. Because of this, we don’t accept returns, exchanges or refunds on personalised items once your design proof has been approved.

Before production begins, we’ll always send you a digital proof to review and confirm. Please check all names, dates, and details carefully before giving the final go-ahead, as we can’t make changes once printing starts.

For non-custom products, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as:

  • the item is unused and in its original packaging

  • you contact us first with your order number

  • the return is approved by our team

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives faulty or damaged.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we’ll replace or refund it right away.
